To download a copy of Rubicon Toolbox, please select the download link below. When the download dialog with the security warning appears, select to save the download file (a zip file), and then specify a directory on your computer as the download destination. After downloading the zip file, unzip the contents (a single .msi file) and then click on the .msi file to run the installation. Rubicon Toolbox (3.92 MB zip file) (Version 2.4.1) After you have installed this file, you will have Version 2.4.1 on your computer. Next, download and run the latest upgrade to use the latest version of Rubicon Toolbox. Important Note: Rubicon Toolbox requires that the Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 be installed on your computer.
